This site is operated by Rose Kolo. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
If you sign up for my newsletter, I collect your email address. If the signup form asks for a name, I collect that too.
That is all. I do not collect payment information, and I do not ask for anything else.
Why I collect it
To send you news about my books: new releases, preorders, ARC opportunities, and occasional extras. Nothing else.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it with other authors, promotional services, or advertisers.
Who processes it
My newsletter is run through MailerLite, which stores subscriber information on my behalf. MailerLite’s own privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
MailerLite operates internationally, which means your information may be stored or processed outside Canada.
Consent
You are added to my list only if you sign up yourself. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately and permanently.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
– Unsubscribe using the link in any email
– Ask what information I hold about you
– Ask for a copy of it
– Ask me to correct it
– Ask me to delete it

How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Analytics
I do not currently use website analytics.
Age
This site and my books are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
